Inspection of packaging materials for express delivery

There are 12 environmental requirements for express packaging, including 1. The total amount of heavy metals (lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium) in express packaging should not exceed 100mg/kg; 2. Phthalates should not be added to the ink used for express packaging printing, and their volatile organic compounds (VOCs) content should not exceed 5% by weight; 3. For packaging materials using paper substrate in express delivery packaging, the content of organic chlorine in the paper substrate should not exceed 150mg/kg; 4. The packaging materials that use plastic substrates in express packaging shall not use diisoonyl phthalate, di-n-octyl phthalate, di (2-ethyl) hexyl phthalate, diisoodecyl phthalate, butyl benzyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, etc. as plasticizers; 5. The plastic packaging bags used in express delivery shall not use polyvinyl chloride as the raw material, and the raw material shall be made of a single material with a biodegradation rate greater than 60%; 6. The inflatable fillers used in express delivery shall not use polyvinyl chloride as the raw material, and the raw material shall be made of a single material with a biodegradation rate greater than 60%; 7. The container bags used in express delivery should be made of a single material and should be reused no less than 80 times; 8. Biodegradable tape with a width not exceeding 45mm should be used in express delivery; 9. Solvent based adhesives are not allowed in express packaging; 10. Express delivery should use electronic waybills; 11. Goods that directly use product packaging as express delivery packaging can meet the "Government Procurement Requirements Standard for Product Packaging (Trial)"; 12. The quality and packaging method of express packaging products should comply with the technical indicators of relevant national or industry standards
